The Madding Crowd

The Madding Crowd researches and performs the church and secular music of the English village bands and choirs in the period 1660 to 1861.

On December 6th we went the rounds of Stinsford with the Thomas Hardy Society. BBC South recorded While Shepherds Watched to Otford tune, which was shown on South Today on December 23rd. Click here for the BBC page. 

Next Guest night January 11th
